As CEO, Marcello leads his cigar company like a director on set — with a clear vision, impeccable timing, and an instinct for the perfect take. He thinks in scenes, builds tension with precision, and maintains the narrative arc from the opening moment to the final fade-out.
Master Blender, Creative Director, and Technical Engineer follow his script — scene by scene, take by take — until every element comes together in the final cut.

The Casting Director
Claudio
Claudio is the man behind the defining scenes — the moments where character takes shape. As Master Blender, he oversees flavor, balance, and production with the precision of an editor who knows every frame and shapes every nuance.
He works not by chance, but through instinct and experience — composing aromas, setting accents, refining and perfecting until the ideal take is achieved.
In his hands, tobacco becomes a screenplay. Every blend tells its own story — with depth, tension, and a finale that lingers long after the last draw.
The Technical Director
Nicolaj
Nicolaj is the man behind the scenes — where everything comes together. As Technical Director, he builds the structures, orchestrates the processes, and oversees every operational aspect of the company to ensure the bigger picture works seamlessly.
He makes sure ideas find their path, workflows align, and every cigar arrives at the right place at the right time — quietly, precisely, and reliably.
While the story unfolds at the front of the stage, he ensures the film keeps running.
The Creative Director
Marco
Marco is the man behind the imagery, the tone, and the atmosphere — where a cigar becomes a story. As Creative Director, he is responsible for the brand’s marketing, cigar design, presence, and overall staging.
He approaches campaigns like cinematic scenes, shaping emotions, setting accents, and crafting the look and feel until every message lands and every detail strikes the right note.
He gives the brand its face. Its style. Its voice.
